Camila is an associate of the Firm and leads the labor practice area. She also has substantial experience in immigration and mining law. She has experience in corporative-labor advice and litigation and has provided preventive advice in labor conflicts in individual and collective labor law matters. She has assumed the representation of all Firm's clients involved in labor litigation. She oversees administrative immigration procedures, visas, reconsiderations, among others.
In addition, she has relevant experience in matters related to mining and water law, set-up of mining concessions, mining easements, due diligence and regularization of water rights.
She graduated from of the School of Law of Universidad Católica del Norte, Antofagasta (LL.B.). She was admitted to practice in Chile in 2008.
In 2011 she obtained a Diploma in Natural Resources and Energy Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago.
In 2017 she obtained a Diploma in Labor Law (mention in Collective Bargaining) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago.
In 2019 he attended a course on Nullity Recourse and Unification of Jurisprudence in labor matters at the School of Law, Universidad de Chile, Santiago.
In 2020 she attended a course on Occupational Health and Safety: rights, obligations and measures to face the pandemic within companies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, School of Law.
She is currently a candidate for a Master's Degree in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
